Overview
Question Research Suite provides free tools for discovering, organizing and analyzing questions, search topics and public website content. This policy explains how information may be processed when you use the service.
Information you enter
Depending on the tool, you may enter a topic, niche, audience, location, question list or public website address. These inputs are processed so the requested research can be generated.
Do not submit passwords, private documents, confidential information, payment data or other sensitive personal information into the research tools.
External research sources
Some tools may send research queries to third-party services that are currently enabled, including Google Autocomplete and the YouTube Data API. Those providers may process requests under their own privacy policies and terms.
The service may also retrieve publicly accessible pages from a website address that you explicitly provide when using website-analysis tools.
Generated results
Some results are generated locally by the application as research ideas. Generated results are distinguished from results obtained through external sources whenever applicable. Generated ideas should not be interpreted as verified search volume, rankings or market demand.
Browser storage
Some features use browser localStorage to remember recent research or maintain a browser-only comparison baseline, such as the New Question Detector. This information remains in the browser unless you clear your browser storage.
Temporary caching and rate limiting
The service may temporarily cache source responses to reduce duplicate external requests and improve performance. Technical rate limiting may also use a one-way identifier derived from connection information for short periods.
Server logs
Like most websites, the web server and hosting infrastructure may create normal technical logs containing information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user agent, response status and security-related events.
Accounts and payments
The current free research service does not require a user account and does not process payments through the research tools.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage and tool activity. Standard Google Analytics measurement may process information such as page visits, device or browser information and general interaction data under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Our custom analytics events are deliberately limited. They may record events such as running a tool, successful or failed tool requests, copying results, and CSV or JSON exports. These custom events do not intentionally send the topic or question you entered, research results, competitor addresses, website addresses entered into tools, audience or location fields, or API response contents to Google Analytics.
Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site's Google Analytics configuration.
Advertising
The current website does not rely on an advertising integration through this analytics configuration. If advertising services are introduced later, this policy will be updated as needed.
Ko-fi
If you choose to support the project through Ko-fi, you leave this website and interact with a third-party service. Ko-fi's own privacy policy and terms apply to that interaction.
Data sharing
We do not intentionally sell research inputs or personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and research-source providers as necessary to operate the service.
Security
Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect the service, including HTTPS, bounded public-site crawling, private-network protections and input controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service, data sources, analytics, advertising or legal requirements change. The updated date shown on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
